We recommend all items are ordered at the same time to guarantee design and stock continuity.

A payment of 50% deposit of the order value is required before we commence your order, with the balance due before your order is despatched. All stationery is personalised to your individual requirements therefore refunds and exchanges can only be given when the merchandise is faulty or specifications of your order have not been met. In the event of a cancellation all work in progress must be paid for in full.
